   In the defense of the security guard, I think their job is “to observe and report.” Well, this gent is faithfully fulfilling the “observe” part of his obligations. As soon as he tells his friends about the incident, he will have “reported.” Well done, indeed. After all, there’s nothing in their motto about “stopping” anything is there?
